I am proud to be a member of the Democratic Party and honored to introduce myself as a candidate for 2nd Vice Chair on May 3. My passion for our party and community has led me to serve as Public Relations Director of the Women’s State Legislative Council, Event Coordinator of the Women’s Democratic Club, Communications Director for the Utah Debate Commission, and with the Biden/Harris/Harris/Walz Presidential campaign. These roles, along with my journey from being a stay-at-home mom to joining the Women’s Democratic Club and attending the Women’s Leadership Institute on a scholarship, have deeply shaped my commitment to uplifting underdogs like myself in Utah politics.

 

Raised bilingual in a Republican, LDS household in West Valley City and a proud Taylorsville High School graduate, I have experienced life’s challenges firsthand—from flipping homes as the youngest licensed Realtor in Utah to managing our family’s coffee farm near Machu Picchu, collaborating with USAID and local growers to bring specialty coffee to U.S. markets, and earning my Women’s Owned Entrepreneurial Certification after completing the Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Program. I am eager to bring my diverse experiences to the role of 2nd Vice Chair, to help build our party and forge bridges within our community.
